This helmet is so much fun!! My son LOVES to come up behind me (while I am totally not expecting it) and say something to me while wearing the helmet. It REALLY does change your voice. This was one of the few Christmas presents my son actually continues to play with. As a matter of fact, all of the adults were taking turns playing with it too! Great idea, and great toy!!

I bought this for my 4 year old nephew who absolutely adores transformers and he loved this helmet. I was impressed by the space in the helmet so there is no chance of your child’s head getting stuck or anything. Visibility through the helmet is great as well so there is no chance of children running into objects to hurt themselves due to lack of visibility. The voice changer is also a very cool feature. If the child that you are buying this for is a fan of transformers, then they will love this toy!

This was a birthday gift for my son, since he loves the Transformers. He loves it, he pretends he is Optimus Prime crushing Megatron. It’s a little pricey I thought, but my son does have fun with this product. It isn’t very educational, but it’s still a fun toy.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our 4 year old son, who loves Transformers. He has had an absolute ball with it, and so has the rest of the family! It’s pretty fun to put it on and tell your kids to clean their room or go get in the bath! He has played with it almost daily since Christmas, has dropped it countless times, and it is still in perfect shape. A very durable and fun toy!

I bought this for my 5 year old nephew and he loved it! Huge plus that it comes with the batteries already loaded.
As other reviews point out, the inside could use some cushion, particularly around the nose area. Also, the top portion of the helmet does not stay on well. Not a huge deal b/c you don’t really need it on there.
Overall, a good buy!

I read alot about this toy before buying and I actually thought when you had the helmet on and you spoke it made your voice sound like the transformer….thru some voice changer…….but it doesn’t – you have to reach up and hit a button to make it make sound. I had bought the laser guns with it (which weren’t actually laser) and you can’t hardly hold on to the helmet while you work the laser guns (guns took 14 batteries!!) The helmet seems constructed pretty good except the back head strap – and it does not look cheaply made at all. I think this is for a bit older of a child – I am not sure what age.

It arrived in great shape and on time. I wish the voice changer was a little louder than the normal voice going into it but it helps if you talk like you’re on helium!

… but it’s sure fun to play with. Fits adult heads better than kids. looks cool, voice changer works well. Came from amazon very dirty (probably sitting in a warehouse forever, that’s why it was on sale) but other than that it’s great. Received in my office and ran around all over the place with it on. Very cool.
